Ice Cream Berry Shortcake

A classic summer treat


2 cups Melted Pine View Dairy ice cream (thaw till it is milkshake consistency)
1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
opt. Fresh berries and whipped cream
  1. Combine dry ingredients into mixxing bowl
  2. Pour in ice cream and add vanilla. Mix until smooth
  3. Spread 9" square baking pan lightly with butter
  4. Pour batter in pan and spread evenly
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 30-35 minutes
  6. Serve warm with fresh berries and milk
