Grandma Betty’s Grilled Mozzarella Sandwiches

Makes 4 Sandwiches
Materials:
- 1 Loaf Thom’s Rustic Italian or Rosemary Bread sliced
- 1 lb Fresh Mozzarella @ Room Temperature
- 2 Cups Bread Crumbs
- 3-4 eggs beaten
- 1 Stick Unsalted Butter
Method:
- Heat skillet or pan on medium with 1⁄4 cup butter
- Assemble Sandwiches with Fresh Mozzarella between slices
- Dip assembled sandwiches in Beaten Eggs, then Drench/Coat both sides in Bread crumbs Cook in skillet 2 minutes per side or until golden brown
- Serve Hot and Enjoy!!
